Shabestan news agency:Islam does not recommend extravagance in fixing Mehr, in the interest of its followers. It says that if the faith and character of a prospective son-in-law are impeccable, one should not bargain over Mehr and advises to be content with whatever was fixed voluntarily by the concerned parties, without creating an unnecessary fuss over it.

"Promise with Quran" for memorizer of holy Quran
Shabestan news agency: Educational deputy of Hazrat Zahra S.A.Baital Ahzan institute organized a plan named, "Promise with Quran".

Shabestan news agency reported that Shasooni the educational deputy of Hazrat Zahra S.A. Baital Ahzan talked to the representative of Shabestan news agency. This strategy was planed for the memorizers of holy Quran who have completed fifteen parts of the Quran. 
He said that this plan has been started since eleventh of Dey. He added that those who memorized more then fifteen parts of holy Quran would appear before their teachers for exam. 
He said that this plan will continue from now on twice a month. First gathering of this plan will start from eleventh of Dey and will end on fifteen of Dey. 
He added that along with this plan we will arrange trips for the memorizers, other class consisted of family consultancy and morality. 
These programs will spread in many other cities of the country and this is to appreciate the efforts of those who memorize Quran. 
Al Islam wrote in this regard taht A Jew named al-A’tal came to the Prophet (S) and said, "Muhammad! I wish to ask you about certain things which I have been keeping to myself; so, if you answer them, I shall declare my acceptance of Islam before you." The Prophet (S) said, "Ask me, O father of Imarah!"
So he asked him about many things till he was satisfied and admitted that the Prophet (S) was right. Then he said, "Tell me about your wasi (successor): who is he? No prophet can ever be without a wasi, and our prophet Moses (as) had appointed Yusha’ [Joshua] son of Noon as his successor." He (S) said, "My wasi is Ali ibn Abu Talib followed by my grandsons al-Hasan and al-Husayn followed by nine men from the loins of al-Husayn."
