Shabestan news agency: In a conference held in Tehran, the institute of culture and Islamic dictums suggested after consulting with the foreign offices of Islamic world that 21 August will be celebrated as International Mosques day. The reason behind this declaration is the historic event when the first Qibla of Muslims, the Al-Aqsa mosque was forcefully occupied by Jews.
This day will be an opportunity for people to learn about the importance of Mosques in training and disciplining a society.
It is a thought provoking day that the Mosques ask from its worshippers if they are not forgotten in modern and fast-life of this era?
The Imam of Saheb-uz-Zaman Mosque Hujjatul Islam Nasir Puryuri Azad Sharbayani said that this day is an opportunity to divert international media towards the cruel usurpation of Israel and its hostility.
A Mosque furnished with knowledge and thought, and latest services is a sign of the success of the Mosque in present times.
