Talking to the member of Shabestan news agency, Hajj-ul-Islam Abazzar Bagdali, the secretary of the Institute of Culture and skills for Mosques of Azerbaijan in Grabi province said it is very sad to say that today's young generation is going away from the books and book reading due to computers and mobile phones.
He continued that the information found in books is often correct and they reduce the likelihood of errors and mistakes, while most of the information rotating on social media is wrong and they are less likely to be corrected. Information on social media is often a means of focusing on attractive attention and propagating non-Islamic culture.
He emphasized that smart and intellectual youths of our community need to look at the books to find answers to their questions but this situation is very unfortunate that our youth find answers to their questions by going to different groups of social media and websites. As a result, often the times they get answers from extreme and unrealistic, which are more confusing and misguided.
