According to the reports of Shabestan news agency has published a news regarding "al Qaida al Arabi" that a German court has ordered a ban on Friday prayers in a mosque situated in the western part of the country.
The court has given this decision on a Christian couple's complaint.
This Christian couple lives at a distance of one kilometer from the mosque. He complained in the court that when the adhan is elevated from this mosque, then he has to suffer pain.
This Christian couple also said that not only the sound of Adhan is hurting for us, but when there comes to loud voices from loudspeakers in Friday prayers, they also cause trouble for them
On the other hand, the managing director of the mosque Hussain Taurjat was asked about it, he said that the decision to ban the mosque by the court is very disappointed.
He continued his words saying that Adhan does not take more than two minutes and no one has complained before this. There are also other German neighbors who live at a distance of 10 meters from the mosque, but they do not have any kind of complaint.
However, the spokesman of the court has said that the Mosque's administrators can appeal against the court's verdict.
